Privacy policy: Arrow Puzzle: Mind Trainer
Last updated 14 October 2026. This policy explains what information the Arrow Puzzle: Mind Trainer app (the "app") collects, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
The app is published by FutureX Games ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@futurexgames.com.
The short version
- You do not need an account. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.
- Your game progress and settings are stored only on your phone.
- The app uses Google services for ads, usage statistics and crash reports. These services collect device identifiers and technical information as described below.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information stored on your phone
Your level, coins, daily puzzle streak, settings and a record of how often ads were clicked (used to pause ads for a while if they are clicked too often) are saved on your device. This information is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your phone settings, deletes it.
Information collected by third-party services
The app uses the following services from Google. Each one collects information automatically when you use the app:
- Google AdMob shows ads. It may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalised or not. How Google uses data for ads.
- Google Analytics for Firebase tells us how the app is used, for example which levels are started and finished, and which settings are popular. It uses an app instance ID and collects device information and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Firebase Crashlytics sends a report when the app crashes, including device type, operating system version and the state of the app at the time of the crash.
- Firebase Remote Config lets us adjust game settings, such as how often ads appear, without an app update. It uses a Firebase installation ID.
- Google Play may check for app updates and, if you choose, show an update prompt.
You can read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Why we use this information
- To show ads, which keep the app free.
- To understand which levels are too hard or too easy, and to improve the game.
- To find and fix crashes.
- To limit how often ads appear and to prevent invalid ad activity.
Consent and your choices
- Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Ad choices.
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your phone’s settings, under Settings → Google → Ads (the exact path depends on your phone).
- Daily reminders are notifications created on your phone. They are off unless you turn them on, and you can turn them off in the app or in your phone settings.
- The share button uses your phone’s own share menu. We do not see what you share or with whom.
How long information is kept
Information on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Usage statistics in Google Analytics are kept for up to 14 months. Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. Information collected by AdMob is kept according to Google’s policies.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads in the app are limited to content suitable for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at support@futurexgames.com and we will help remove it.
Security
Information sent to Google services is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use the protections these services provide.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold an account for you, most information can be removed by uninstalling the app. For anything else, email support@futurexgames.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
