Using our apps

Our apps are free to download and use for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them, or use them in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other players.

Ads and rewards

Our apps are supported by ads. In-game coins, hints and other rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change as we improve the game. Please do not click ads on purpose to earn rewards or to help us: invalid clicks can lead to ads being paused in the app.

Your progress

Game progress is stored on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost when an app is uninstalled, its data is cleared, or a device is lost or reset.

Third-party services

Our apps use services from Google, including Google Play, AdMob and Firebase, which have their own terms. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of advertised products or websites.

No warranty

Our apps and website are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them running well, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, FutureX Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our apps after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
